Our general purpose units are reliable and easy to use. Sterilization cycles can be pre-programmed to specific applications for simple operation by multiple users. Available cycle types include liquids in vented containers, solids, glassware and lab waste.

All Beta Star laboratory sterilizers are provided with non-proprietary user friendly microprocessor controls which allow single pushbutton operation while also offering the flexibility to customize the sterilization cycle via a password protected cycle programming menu. All Beta Star laboratory sterilizers are UL and CSA listed.

For biotech applications, Beta Star's sterilizer control systems offer the flexibility to customize cycles specific to the goods to be sterilized. These include liquids or media in vented containers, glassware, solids and lab waste.

All Beta Star sterilizers allow precise control over sterilization temperatures and exhaust rates to prevent loss due to boilover or degradation of valuable liquid/media.

• Beta Star 2002 microprocessor control system with two-line 40-character alpha/numeric display, 20-column alpha/numeric printer, and nine (9) configurable sterilization cycles
• Provided with both vacuum and gravity cycle capabilities for the sterilization of liquids, porous loads, and hard goods. Other processes can be provided and are in accordance with AAMI guidelines for Industrial Moist Heat Sterilization.

• Models available in automatic vertical sliding, automatic horizontal sliding, and hinged manual radial arm door. Each design includes software safety interlock and positive mechanical lock.
